Your Role in Supporting Our Members:
As the Senior Manager, Payment Banking Products, you will be accountable for driving sustainable revenue growth through innovative payment products and services that address the evolving needs of our members. You will provide strategic leadership for a portfolio of products, oversee product strategy and roadmaps, guide cross-functional teams, and collaborate extensively with senior leaders to deliver enterprise-wide initiatives. We are seeking an experienced payment product leader who combines strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and people leadership skills with a deep understanding of banking products, member needs, and market trends.
This is a Full-time, Temporary role based remote role and will report directly to the Director, Payment Products. While this position provides a remote work arrangement, you may be expected to be on-site for events and business demands.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Leading the strategy, growth, and performance of payment products and services across your portfolio
- Developing and maintaining product strategies and business plans that support long-term organizational objectives
- Guiding product managers and cross-functional teams through enterprise-wide product development initiatives
- Establishing and overseeing product roadmaps to ensure successful execution of strategic priorities
- Collaborating with senior leaders to prioritize initiatives and align resources to business goals
- Analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and member needs to identify growth opportunities
- Ensuring products are developed and managed within allocated budgets while delivering business value
- Partnering with Finance and Analytics teams to evaluate performance, monitor outcomes, and optimize product success
- Removing barriers and enabling teams to deliver high-impact solutions efficiently
- Driving continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence across the product portfolio
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline
- 8+ years of progressive experience in product management, product strategy, or payment product development
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and leading large cross-functional initiatives
- Demonstrated experience developing product strategies, business cases, and product roadmaps
- Strong understanding of retail and commercial payment products, member experience design, and product lifecycle management
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth while balancing risk, compliance, and member outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills at senior leadership levels
- Experience working with financial analysis, business performance metrics, and budget management
- Professional designations such as PMP, MBA, CFP, CFA, or Certified Product Manager are considered assets

What You’ll Earn:
This role offers a salary range of $116,500 to $143,850 per annum. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
