We are currently hiring a Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate must be capable of working in a fast-paced team environment.
-Advanced Microsoft Office Suite Skills and experience working with payroll systems.
-Ability to manage multiple time sensitive and confidential issues.
-Working knowledge of Canadian and Alberta Labour Laws
-Superior Attention to detail combined with excellent time management and organizational skills.
-Ability to adjust to changing priorities, deal with ambiguity and work with a variety of personalities.
-Work as part of a team, demonstrate initiative, energy and resourcefulness.
-Ability to coach, mentor and influence at all levels.
-2-5 years of Administrative Experience in an HR Environment
-Capable and comfortable operating independently with minimal supervision, able to work through new tasks from start to finish.
-Ability to anticipate needs and take appropriate action.
-Business Degree, Human Resources Management, CHRP designation or related field,
-2 year HR Certificate
