Join our Just For You Day Spa team as a Casual Spa Coordinator, where your enthusiasm and exceptional customer service skills will create a welcoming and relaxing environment for our guests. In this role, you will serve as the friendly face at the front desk, managing guest interactions, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth operations within our spa. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help deliver memorable experiences that keep guests returning time and again. This position offers PT hours and the opportunity to be part of a vibrant hospitality team dedicated to wellness and relaxation.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the spa experience
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette, answering inquiries and booking appointments efficiently
- Coordinate scheduling for spa treatments and services, ensuring optimal utilization of staff and resources
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures, including processing payments and updating client records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lounge area, ensuring a welcoming environment at all times
- Support guest services by addressing questions or concerns promptly, enhancing overall satisfaction
- Collaborate with spa staff to facilitate smooth daily operations and communicate guest preferences effectively
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong phone etiquette
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience, preferably within a hotel or spa setting
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Familiarity with spa or wellness industry operations is an asset
