Responsibilities:
As an Event Staff member, you will be responsible for ensuring children have a safe, fun, and enjoyable experience while using the event attractions. Duties include assisting children on and off stationary rides and into bouncy castles, walking alongside children on designated walking rides, timing activities, and cleaning rides with approved cleaning supplies. You will monitor the safety of participants, remain aware of potential hazards, and provide friendly, positive customer service to children and their families. Team members are expected to maintain a professional attitude, follow all site safety procedures, refrain from using cell phones on the event floor, and work effectively in a busy, loud, and fast-paced event environment.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is outgoing, enthusiastic, and enjoys working with children in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be able to stand for extended periods, communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members, and maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout their shift. A verified clear criminal background check is required for this role. Candidates must be comfortable working in a large, noisy event space with loud music and active attractions, follow all safety procedures, and refrain from using cell phones while on the event floor. Reliability, attentiveness, and a commitment to creating a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests are essential.
