Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety across various facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and staff. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent time management. Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial or industrial spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas according to established standards
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled shifts
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding work progress or issues encountered
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during cleaning and maintenance activities
Skills
- Experience with custodial work or commercial cleaning preferred
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize daily responsibilities
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork and customer service interactions
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, procedures, and safety standards is a plus
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
