Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be part of the Business Banking team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Banking. As a Financial Service Associate you will provide support to assigned Business Advisors in managing their portfolios and maximizing their productivity by providing administrative support and high quality client service.

How You’ll Succeed

Client Service: Service the business needs of clients in partnership with the BA. Coordinate advance of funds into clients’ accounts according to instructions, handle day to day banking needs, client request for assistance etc.
Support: Assist the Business Advisor by calling clients, booking client appointments, uncovering opportunities linked to client’s business needs and goals, and preparing client files using tools required to support the BA (e.g. First Research, Horizon, and Cash Flow Planning, BCLASS) and provide the ideal client experience.
Business Development : Build and execute a monthly contact plan in partnership with the Business Advisor to meet report card goals

You can demonstrate experience in Credit and Business Banking with working knowledge of branch routines and operations and BCLASS business lending practices and credit application input. Working knowledge of PC software and mainframe applications (e.g., MS Office Suite, COINS, CBFE, SBFCA, CLASS, BCLASS, IPS, and Horizon tools sufficient to enter and access customer information and process customer transactions.
