As a BC Construction Safety Alliance COR Certified company, ACS values the safety of our employees above all else. Our safety culture starts with the management team, and flows down through all levels of the organization. When you join the team at ACS, you will be provided with a comprehensive safety orientation, training and certification in workplace hazardous materials (WHMIS), first aid and more. All specialized personal protective equipment will be supplied for you. Just bring your CSA steel toe boots and we’ll take care of everything else!
ABOUT YOU:
- You carry a valid Class 5 Drivers License
- You are comfortable towing and backing up a trailer
- You are able to lift approximately 20-30lbs
- You are comfortable using an iPhone
- You are punctual and can be relied on to come to work every day
- Preferably, you have some experience with a forklift (not a deal breaker)
-You are available to work the occasional 10-12 hour day, delivering material roundtrip to Vancouver.

Truck Driver / Shop Helper Job Duties:
- Deliver materials with a 1-Ton truck and flat bed trailer.
- Load truck with a forklift and secure load with tie-downs
- Unload truck with forklift
- Pick up material from suppliers and deliver to site
- Assist fabrication team at shop with various duties as required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $23.58-$28.30 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
