Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Supervisor to lead our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
Responsibilities
- Supervise front-of-house staff, including servers and hosts, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations
- Oversee food and beverage service, including serving, food handling, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards
- Manage POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health regulations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Ensure proper food safety practices are followed by all team members
- Support restaurant management in implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in food service or restaurant management roles
- Strong background in food industry operations including food preparation, cooking, serving, and food handling
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a hospitality-focused attitude
- Leadership abilities with experience in team management and training
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Previous restaurant experience, including restaurant or hotel experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
