Penticton Hyundai is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.
We are looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Penticton Hyundai. In this role, you will be the key connection between our customers and technicians, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and high-quality service experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service
- Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and accurately document vehicle issues
- Perform vehicle walk-arounds and review service history
- Create detailed work orders to support technician diagnostics
- Provide clear estimates, timelines, and service recommendations
- Keep customers informed on repair progress and promised completion times
- Work closely with technicians to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time
- Identify opportunities for additional services or preventative maintenance
- Resolve concerns quickly and professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of automotive industry experience (Service Advisor experience is an asset)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A “get-it-done” attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Mechanically inclined with a basic understanding of vehicle systems
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Team player who works well with technicians and staff
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with PBS is an asset
