ATS Traffic is currently looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our Corporate Office in Edmonton, Alberta. This position will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring our overall supply chain strategy to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Our ideal candidate is highly organized with a strong background in problem solving and analytical thinking. We are looking for an experienced supply chain professional who is ready to share their knowledge by leading, training and mentoring their employees to increase the overall skill level of the department.

Develop and implement Supply Chain strategies that improve customer service levels while improving working capital efficiency.
Process improvements.
Vendor performance management.
Lead the supply chain team, ensuring an ongoing focus on continuous improvement.
Establish inventory best practices that support financial and operational goals.
Develop and implement procurement strategies for manufacturing facility and North American branch network.
Participate in the evaluation and implementation of ERP enabled processes.
BS/BA in Business Administration, or major in related curriculum.
- 5 to 7 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management with a focus on Procurement and Logistics in a manufacturing and distribution industry.

SCMP (Supply Chain Management Professional) designation an asset.
1 to 5 years MS Great Plains, Dynamics 365 or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with safety and procedural best practices in Supply Chain Management.
Experience managing and improving supply chain data, information, and processes.
Solid exposure to a continuous improvement environment.
- Experience with multi-product buying across multiple vendors and suppliers, both nationally and internationally.

Professional communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI or equivalent is an asset.
Ability to lead, train and mentor employees on a personal level.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
