Position Overview:
This position is responsible for operating CNC production machines to manufacture parts to meet customer orders.
There are 2 positions available, please confirm in your application which shift you are applying for-Day shift or Afternoon shift.
Job Duties:
- Maintain production equipment to meet customer orders.
- Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, material specifications, drawings, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters, interpreting dimensions and tolerances.
- Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
- Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufactures instructions; troubleshooting malfunction.
- Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Maintain production and quality records.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year experience as a CNC machine operator
