We are seeking for experienced MINI EXCAVATOR/SKIDSTEER OPERATORS to join our team on the HW8 Improvements Project, located 10 minutes west of Calgary towards Bragg Creek.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-trip/walk-around safety inspections and completes daily Field Level Hazard Assessments for all activities
- Maintain heavy equipment in good operating condition, reporting, and logging maintenance requirements or concerns
- Complete production reporting and other documentation as required
- Communicate effectively and professionally with other team members
- Be a leader of both safety and production for the team by ensuring compliance with all company, client, and legislated safety policies and procedures
- Work will be primarily outdoors in various weather conditions
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested, on the ground labor included
Requirements & Preferred Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience working with Mini Excavator and Skidsteer is preferred
- Experience working around ground personnel
- Previous road construction experience is considered as an asset
- Experience working around structures is considered as an asset
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driver's abstract
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol testing
- Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals and objectives
