FISPAN is an Enterprise SaaS FinTech start-up that allows for banks to deploy embedded financial products and services to create a seamless banking connection for their corporate clients. Our product aims to provide instant scale and reach for banks who want to remove friction and add value by enabling their commercial banking clients to access banking services through their preferred operational software. How your day at work would look like
Provide Customer Success Support to our end users in line with our engagement strategy
Understand how our product matches our clients needs
Understand and communicate the needs of the business team to the development team
Develop documentation, SOPs, work-flow charts and diagrams to document procedures and processes
Support continuous improvement through identification of irregularities in business operations and standards designs
Gather and document clear business requirements and work with development teams to ensure that our solutions meet customer needs
Be a key stakeholder and team member that plays a critical role in delivering services to our clients
We are a startup, there are going to be a million other things that need to get done

What you need
BBA Student (BTM, BA, HR, Ops, MIS. concentrations have excelled before)
You need to have strong attention to detail, critical thinking and great judgment. You are the kind of person people call for advice or to have a second look at something important.
Passionate about technology (interested in how it works)
Research of the FinTech industry and feels like you would be a good fit in it
Experience using data management tools like Excel and Google Sheets
Bonus if you have some knowledge of Accounting & Banking
Problem solver, excellent communication skills and demonstrates professionalism
Strong willed and assertive in beliefs
High stress tolerance thriving in fast paced environments
Be able to commit to an 8 month Co-Op term
