Lone Wolf Hardscapes is hiring an experienced Hardscape Foreman / Crew Lead to run residential hardscape projects throughout the Central Okanagan.
Our work includes paving stone, retaining walls, artificial turf and larger backyard projects. We need someone who knows hardscape construction, can lead a small crew and is comfortable being responsible for the day-to-day operation of a jobsite.

HOW WE WORK
We expect a high level of technical skill, but how you work with people matters just as much.
Our best people are confident in what they know without needing to prove it. They ask questions when something is unclear, take feedback well and help the people around them improve. There is no room for ego on the jobsite.
We work as a team, and that means stepping in when someone needs help, sharing knowledge and treating coworkers, clients, suppliers and other trades with respect.
Every interaction matters. The way we communicate, organize the site, handle problems and leave the property each day all contribute to the reputation of the company.
The standard is simple: know your craft, do the work properly, support the crew and carry yourself professionally.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive pay based on experience and ability
