We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and dependable Customer Service to join our team at a high-traffic family entertainment facility specializing in birthday parties, play, and family-friendly events. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service to parents, guardians, and children.
Assist with event coordination and support the day-to-day operations of the facility.
Respond to customer inquiries, bookings, and concerns in a professional and positive manner.
Help create a fun, organized, and welcoming experience for every guest.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility, including play areas, party rooms, washrooms, common areas, and staff spaces.
Perform routine cleaning, sanitizing, and light maintenance tasks to ensure the facility remains safe and presentable throughout the day.
Set up and reset party rooms before and after events.
Monitor the facility for safety hazards and report maintenance issues promptly.
Skills & Qualifications
Previous customer service experience is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.

This is an on-site position and attendance at location is required. Candidates should be able to reasonably commute to the workplace and reliably meet the required work schedule.
