Overview
High-Definition Concrete is seeking a motivated Formwork Carpenter to join our growing Services Division. This role will support a wide range of concrete construction projects across the Lower Mainland, including civil work, architectural concrete, and structural components.
The successful candidate will work with the Lead Formwork Carpenter in a team setting to successfully complete a wide variety of small to medium sized formwork projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry and formwork related to concrete construction projects
- Work on a variety of project types including:
- Civil work such as curbs and sidewalks
- Architectural concrete walls and features
- Structural concrete components
- Work with the Lead Formwork Carpenter as part of an efficient team
- Maintain safe work practices and follow company and site safety requirements
- Assist with site setup, layout, and material organization
- Ensure work is completed efficiently and meets company quality standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in carpentry, formwork, or concrete construction
- Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated on site
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and layout is an asset
- Valid driver’s license required
- Own tools are considered an asset (tools can be supplied if required)

Schedule:
Monday to Friday (occasional weekends as required)
