Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Balcony Restoration Specialist to join our team with restoration projects, including balcony, masonry, concrete, building envelope, windows, waterproofing, and caulking work. Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Supervise and assist crews on-site to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely
- Operate equipment, tools, and work at heights on platforms, scaffolding, and lifts
- Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and schedules
- Ensure safety protocols and company policies are followed
- Complete daily reports and track project progress
- Maintain tools, equipment, site cleanliness and minimize material waste
- Report to project managers
Requirements
- Hands-on Experience at least 3 years.
Hourly Wage - depends on your skills.
