Overview
We are looking for energetic, well-rounded Store Associates who thrive in a team environment and are ready to contribute wherever they are needed most. In this role, you will move fluidly between cashier duties, floor stocking and merchandising, and warehouse support as needed. We are an evolving organization, and we need people who are proud to be a part of a team that looks out for one another.

Key Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash, debit, credit, and other payment methods securely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area and assist customers with questions and transactions
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays with attention to product rotation and placement
- Assist customers with locating products and provide a positive, helpful shopping experience
- Maintain store cleanliness, appearance, and safety standards throughout
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to supervisors
- Support receiving and merchandising activities during truck days
- Assist in warehouse operations when needed, including receiving, organizing, and moving stock
- Support other departments and teammates as directed to keep the store running at its best
- Follow all safety and company policies at all times
Required Qualifications
- Previous cashier, retail, stocking, grocery, or warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- Comfortable operating point-of-sale systems and handling payment methods
- Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods in a physically active environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly
- Strong English verbal communication skills are required

Schedule
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
