Job Title: Reach Forklift Operator
Location: Oakville, ON.
Shift:
- Days: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
- Afternoons: Monday to Thursday, 3:30pm - 2:00am
- Overtime available
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour + $0.50/hour shift premium (afternoons only)
We are seeking experienced Raymond Reach Forklift Operators to join a busy warehouse team in Oakville. This is an immediate and long-term opportunity for candidates with recent forklift experience in a distribution or warehouse setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a Raymond Reach (stand-up) forklift to retrieve, move, and store inventory within the warehouse.
- Pick, stage, pack, and shrink-wrap orders to prepare them for shipment.
- Accurately complete order picking and inventory transactions using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Load and unload trailers while ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by performing general warehouse duties.
- Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs as required.
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating standards.
Requirements:
- Valid Raymond Reach Forklift License required
- 1-2 years of recent forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution environment required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and work at a fast pace
- Reliable, punctual, and available to start immediately
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Willingness to complete a Criminal Record Check
