We are hiring a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our paving crew.
This role involves hands-on outdoor work in a fast-paced construction environment. The ideal candidate is physically fit, dependable, and comfortable working in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with asphalt paving operations on residential and commercial sites
- Shovel, rake, and spread asphalt materials
- Support equipment operators and crew leads as needed
- General site preparation and clean-up
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Load and unload materials and tools
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
- Strong work ethic and reliability (showing up on time is critical)
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Previous construction or paving experience an asset
- Valid Class G driver’s license
Vacancy Status: Existing Opening
Wage: $150 per day. Experienced candidates with paving, asphalt, construction, or equipment-related experience may be eligible for higher compensation based on qualifications.
Job Type: Full-time seasonal (spring through fall) We're building a reliable core crew and are looking for candidates committed to returning each season
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Working hours are 7:30 AM to approximately 5:00 PM. End times may vary depending on job progress, weather conditions, and site requirements, and longer days may be required to complete projects.
