- Welcome customers to the dealership
- Conduct customer needs assessments
- Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
- Arrange test drives
- Explain payment and protection options
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Maintain customer retention records
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences
The position is a full-time position with benefits and includes a commission pay plan with a monthly and yearly bonus and a monthly vehicle allowance that rewards for performance to allow for an unlimited earnings potential with opportunity for career advancement. The typical range of earnings is $50,000-$100,000+ annually.
Scheduled shift time is 35 hours per week working two-day shifts and two-nights per week and rotating Fridays and Saturdays, attending Monday morning meetings and delivery appointments as required during off duty time.
