Job Summary
The Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the highest standards of service and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations management and decision-making processes.
- Supervise staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure a high level of service.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Analyze sales reports and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting as required.
- Lead by example in maintaining a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
