We're looking for an experienced Bartender to join our Front of House team at our Parklawn location in Etobicoke.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced restaurant
- Excellent knowledge of cocktails and beverages, including Thai-inspired drinks, considered as an asset
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and multitask effectively
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service
- Must be of legal drinking age and possess Smart Serve Certification
- Barista experience is an asset
Responsibility includes:
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails and beverages, including traditional Thai-inspired drinks
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders from guests and offering recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Upsell and promote restaurant specials and promotions
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Help ideate and brainstorm cocktail specials
- Cleaning the bar at the end of every shift
- Manage bar inventory
- Deep-clean the bar machines twice a week
- Comfortable with POS management
- Comfartable with cashouts process
