Accudraulics is looking for a young, aggressive, problem-solving Customer Service Rep to support our team in providing timely and accurate responses. If you take pride your work and want a place to grow and advance, send us your resume.
As Customer Service Rep, you will communicate directly with existing and new clients to establish and meet their parts and service request needs. You will learn about a wide variety of industries and manufacturers.
You will be held accountable for meeting service metrics and targets. Occasional site visits with field reps may be required to gain industry and product knowledge.
Job Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Answer inbound inquiries and record details in CRM
- Resolve customer issues and provide support as needed
- Prepare parts and service quotations for customers
- Build and maintain client relationships by working in a professional and ethical manner.
Order Processing
- Create Sales Orders for new orders
- Create Order receipts for inbound shipments
- Create Invoices for orders completed
Logistics
- Research and contract freight carriers for inbound and outbound shipments
- Receive vendor shipments
- Ship customer orders
Warehouse Management
- Put inventory items away as needed
- Maintain clean & tidy inventory area, customer service desk and shop area

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
