Handyman / Service Technician – Commercial Construction
Hiring a reliable and skilled Handyman / Service Technician to join our growing commercial construction and service team.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and capable of handling a wide variety of commercial maintenance and construction tasks.
Work Includes:
- General commercial repairs and maintenance
- Demolition and removals
- Steel stud framing
- Drywall installation and repairs
- T-Bar ceiling repairs and installation
- Door hardware and adjustments
- Deficiency corrections and touch-ups
- Minor carpentry and finishing work
- Assisting on commercial renovation projects
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license REQUIRED
- Experience in construction, maintenance, or handyman work
- Ability to work independently
- Professional attitude on client sites
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Must be physically capable of lifting materials and working on active construction sites
