The Professional Services delivery team is the consulting arm of Bell Business Markets (BBM) responsible for the design, execution and implementation of solutions for the enterprise customer market.

Our Network Solution Professional Services delivery team has an immediate need for a Senior Manager to lead the Montreal, Quebec region.
Job Duties/ Accountabilities
Responsible for the Network Solution Professional Services team in Montreal
Accountable to meet revenue and margin target for the practice
Hire, manage, mentor, train direct reports (approximately 25-30)
Grow the Network practice
Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Business development through close collaboration with the account executives team
Maintains relationships with key clients
Identify key market trends and evolve the practice
Responsible for revenue and margin forecasting
Develop strategic partnership with external partners / vendors
Hire contractors as required to fulfill delivery engagements
Work with support team to assign resources to projects: manage and forecast resource utilization
Foster a community of collaboration and contribution across the National Practice
Identify and launch new offerings
Actively involved in pre-sales governance and opportunities (strategy, pricing, etc.)
10+ years’ experience in IT with 5-7 years in a leadership role
Bachelor or specialized college degree in Computer Science, System Engineering or another related IT program
Solid business acumen
Problem-solver and strategic thinker
Thorough, organized, and process-oriented
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and organizations
Thrives in ambiguity and in driving influence and clarity in highly matrixed organizations
Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects to success
Meticulous and adheres to quality delivery at all times
Strong passion and focus on delivering outstanding customer service in a constantly evolving environment
Ability to work under pressure
Networking solutions expertise and experience
Ability to maintain relationship with major vendors and key players in the market
Ability to gather and translate business requirements to service offers / proposals
Strong Networking skills and experience with matrix organization
Ability to gain management support and work effectively at all levels across the organization
Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills in French and English
Superb customer relations skills and the ability to interact with customers at all levels
Autonomous and ability to accept responsibility with minimal supervision
Willingness to travel occasionally within North America
Bilingualism is required (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
