Junior Estimator/Project Coordinator
Our well established, progressive plumbing company is looking to add to our team!
The ideal candidate has on site construction and/or construction estimating experience and is now looking to work in an office. They possess excellent communication both written and oral, also is tech savvy.
Ability to understand and interpret plumbing system layouts, functionality, design intent, and system logic.
Is proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, MS Lists, Teams and Bluebeam)
Must have strong organization skills, be detail oriented, methodical, proactive and also have the desire to learn and grow with us.
Experience in the Plumbing industry is an asset.

Duties to include but not limited to:
- Blueprint reading and review for new estimates, MSI’s and change orders
- Material take offs
- Data entry into estimating program
- Effectively communicate with various contractors or suppliers in a professional manner
- Data entry and maintenance of spreadsheets and reports
- Able to support basic office administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- On site trade or estimating experience
- 2 - 5 years of experience in an office setting
- Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel, Bluebeam and AutoCAD is an asset
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Team player
- Takes initiative
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be accurate and organized with a high attention to detail
- Knowledge of the construction industry
