Cobblestone Creek Cottage and Lodging Co. is a boutique-style vacation home rental management company that takes pride in delighting guests with each and every stay. Being awarded the FlipKey and Trip Advisor Top Vacation Rental in Radium Hot Springs for a number of years and with multiple properties across the beautiful Columbia Valley, Panorama and Whitefish, Montana we are a growing company that offers guests, home owners and employees a different experience in the tourism industry.

We are looking for someone who likes variety in their work and would be interested in working in Guest Services and Housekeeping.

What You'd Be Responsible For

As a Guest Experience Specialist, you would:

  • Be the first point-of-contact for guests and ensure they have a memorable and exceptional experience staying at a Cobblestone Creek Cottage & Lodging Co. property
  • Complete guest bookings in a timely, friendly and professional manner
  • Address guest inquiries before, during and after booking
  • Manage all property calendars to ensure they are updated and current
  • Be knowledgeable about each Cobblestone Creek property and promote the right property to meet guests needs and wants
  • Ensure property and tourist information is current and available in each property
  • Respond to guest queries and emergencies after-hours (excluding designated days off)
  • Complete other duties as needed that support the growth, expansion and continual improvement of the company

As a member of the Housekeeping Team you would:

  • Represent Cobblestone Creek Cottage and Lodging Co. through professional and thorough cleaning and laundry services for our vacation properties
  • Take pride in all aspects of your daily tasks which include; vacuuming, washing floors, dusting, the beds, collecting dirty towels and linens for laundering, cleaning all rooms, checking for damage or missing items
  • Ensure each home is set up for each guest’s arrival according to our Standard Property Appearance guidelines and as explained during your training
  • Consistently maintain an attention to detail in all that you do
  • Help to set up new vacation homes to enter our rental service
  • Assist with inventory of each home and the company supplies

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in tourism industry
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks
  • Has a strong work ethic, strong attention to detail and takes pride in a job well done
  • Able to work independently and solve problems quickly
  • Is organized and can manage multiple priorities
  • Strong computer skills especially in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in providing quality cleaning services and laundry is ideal
  • Working experience with vacation property management software is ideal
  • Must be fit, as the job requires climbing stairs and performing physical labor
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
  • Must be able to work with cleaning chemicals and not allergic to latex
  • Able to work flexible hours and an altered work schedule (weekends and holidays) with overtime as required
  • Located in the Columbia Valley or able to relocate to the area
