Position Overview
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic, improving operational efficiency, coordinating administrative activities, and ensuring smooth communication between teams.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and experience managing business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Develop and improve operational processes, procedures, and systems
- Coordinate communication between management, healthcare providers, and administrative teams
- Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement
- Manage schedules, workflows, and administrative priorities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
- Prepare reports and track key operational metrics
- Assist with project management and implementation of new initiatives
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
- Handle operational challenges and provide effective solutions
- Support company growth strategies and expansion plans
Qualifications
- Previous experience in operations management, business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and business management tools
- Ability to analyze information and improve processes

- Experience working in healthcare, physiotherapy, wellness, or medical clinic environments
