Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and supporting our medical staff in delivering efficient healthcare services. Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
- Administer medications as directed by physicians and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications
- MBBS or BDS degree is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Experience in patient care within a hospital or clinical setting is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in medication administration and understanding of pharmacology.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience working with EMR (OSCAR) is required.
- Able to understand Hindi and Punjabi language.
