Shift Details
- Midnight Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 10:55 PM – 7:00 AM
- Starting wage: $16.50/hour + $1.25 shift premium

What You’ll Do
- Tend and monitor plastic molding machines safely and efficiently
- Inspect parts during production using quality standards and samples
- Record inspection results and report issues right away
- Sort and dispose of defective parts correctly
- Package and label products according to instructions
- Keep your work area clean and organized (5S standards)
- Communicate key updates to the next shift
- Report any machine issues, defects, or safety concerns
- Assist team members and support production as needed
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts
- Complete rework or secondary tasks as assigned
Physical Requirements
This role involves:
- Standing or sitting for long periods
- Repetitive hand and wrist movements
- Bending, walking, and light lifting
- Close visual inspection of small parts
What We’re Looking For
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to follow instructions and stay detail-focused
- Basic math skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Experience using measuring tools (calipers, gauges) is an asset
- Basic understanding of continuous improvement (lean manufacturing) is an asset
- Ability to distinguish colors for quality checks
