Middlesex Concrete Forming Ltd. is looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our growing concrete forming crew. Based outside of Kerwood, Ontario, we specialize in agricultural concrete construction throughout the Strathroy, Arkona, Watford, Forest, and Parkhill areas. Our projects include dairy, poultry, and hog barns, drive sheds, and other agricultural buildings.
What You'll Be Doing
As a member of our concrete forming crew, you'll work alongside experienced tradespeople to:
- Build and strip concrete forms
- Place reinforcing steel and prepare forms for concrete pours
- Pour and finish concrete
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Work as part of a team to complete quality projects on schedule

What We're Looking For
- Hardworking, dependable, and punctual individuals
- Prior construction experience with a focus on concrete forming or related trades is highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge including familiarity with power tools, & hand tools
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to our shop outside of Kerwood or directly to the jobsite
