Wharf & Flame is looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Team Member to join our back-of-house team.
This is a hands-on position with a mix of dishwashing, kitchen cleaning, food prep, and line cooking. We’re looking for someone who is willing to work hard, learn, and grow with the team.
What you’ll do
- Wash dishes and keep the kitchen clean and organized
- Assist with daily food prep
- Help cooks on the line during service
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Keep workstations stocked and clean
- Assist the kitchen team wherever needed
What we’re looking for
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Previous kitchen experience is an asset, but not required
