Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team.
Duties
- Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture window and door components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production orders.
- Load raw materials and monitor machine operations to ensure accurate production.
- Perform routine machine adjustments and tool changes as required.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Measure and verify dimensions using calipers, tape measures, and other precision tools.
- Identify and report machine malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with general production and assembly tasks as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in window, door, aluminum, or vinyl manufacturing is considered an asset.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to use measuring instruments accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
Pay: $19.00 per hour
