Description:
Eviscerator: Arrive at 6:45am and get right to work setting up chill bins, then on the table removing feet, necks and offal, doing final inspection and putting birds on ice. Perform bagging, final cleanup duties and lockup. Other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Valid FoodSafe certification is requied.
- Ability to lift up to 30 kg on a regular basis.
- Comfortable standing for up to 6 hours at a time
- Fast learner with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday up to 12 hours per day - a typical day is less than 10 hours.
-Valid drivers license as we are located in Pritchard, and reliable transportation to and from work is a must.
- Ensure all polices, standard operating procedures, HACCP and WorkSafeBC requirements are followed at all times.
- Ensure safe and hygienic practices are followed at all times.
- Be able to communicate effectively in English.

Wage: Starting wage of $19/hour, increasing to $21/hour once fully trained. Experienced at processing then $23/hour. If we can increase production, there is the opportunity for raises.
