6Tigers Academy is seeking a Program & Operations Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and implementation of our after-school programs and daily operations as the organization continues to grow and expand to additional locations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of programs, administrative procedures, and operational workflows, while supporting new initiatives and business development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and implement after-school programs and ensure assignments are completed in a timely manner
- Support the development and execution of new programs and services
- Coordinate daily administrative and operational procedures
- Manage student enrollment records, scheduling systems, and internal documentation
- Liaise with parents, coaches, and management to ensure effective communication
- Assist with staffing coordination and program logistics
- Support business expansion initiatives, including preparation for new locations
- Monitor program operations and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency
Candidate Requirements
- Completion of a college diploma or higher in education, business administration, program management, or a related field
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in program coordination, operations, or administrative roles, preferably within education, after-school programs, or youth-focused organizations
- Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and support program delivery, including scheduling, enrollment management, record-keeping, and operational workflows
- Experience working in a coordinator, lead, or management-support capacity is considered an asset
- Experience working with children and youth aged 6 to 15 in a structured educational, enrichment, or community program setting
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with parents, staff, and management
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities, priorities, and deadlines in a growing organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general administrative or scheduling systems
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset
- Relevant education or training certificates related to education, youth programs, or program coordination are considered an asset
- Management or program leadership experience is considered an asset, particularly experience overseeing or coordinating a school or educational programs for children
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
