The purpose of this role is to plan the assigned portfolio of Promotional Display SKUs at the DPC and other third-party locations while ensuring continuity of supply to the business at optimum financials and within GSK compliance standards following global supply planning processes.


Manage the supply planning process for assigned brands across all display pack/repack partners to ensure adequate stock is available to support sales forecasts. Ensure all supply plans are passed to display/repack partners and provide mid to long term supply risk overview to minimize effect on the overall business
Liaise with display pack/repack partners and sales operations to ensure appropriate and aligned plans to support commercial strategies and Supply Chain goals including management of exit strategies and run-out plans to minimize financial risk and market disruption.
Collaboration with DPC and third-party copacking sites to coordinate and ensure timely execution of promotional displays and packaging in line with customer commitments - launches (NPI), artwork changes or product transfers. Ensure completed production is transferred and received into the CERPs system to support OTIF targets
Completion of material master workflow and set-up for all display and promotional SKUs in SAP. Responsible for Data Management and Inventory accuracy for displays and copacks as well as facilitates rework process (supplier identification, quoting, purchase order generation)
Collaborates with Inventory Management to proactively escalate existence of slow-moving displays and help manage obsolete display inventory process to minimize close out and scrapping risk. Manages display portfolio to prevent SKU proliferation and material waste
Principal sourcing agents for merchandising displays based on Marketing & Sales requirements, giving consideration to product containment, cost limitations, legal requirements and display structure
Facilitates measurement, reporting and evolution of objectives and metrics for contractor for continuous improvement
Management and reporting of display & repack spend and budget requirements

BS/BA in Logistics, Supply Chain or Supply/Demand Planning
3-5 years’ experience, with knowledge of Supply Chain/Logistics & Display Execution process – preferably in a Consumer Goods or Pharma environment
Proven ability to effectively manage projects and communicate, both orally and in writing, technical and non-technical information to all organization levels.
Experience with Inventory/Warehouse Management systems knowledge
proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
Strong skills identifying, analyzing and resolving problems using available information and appropriate team resources in a timely manner.
Experienced working with a network of team members across the organization at various levels of management.
