Reporting to the Manager - Public spaces equipment – Technical Services department, your projects will include, but are not limited to, project management and delivery of furniture and equipment of commercial spaces of the touring shows (Box Office, VIP, Entrance Tent, etc).
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate project resources (human, material and financial) within defined time and budget constraints so as to achieve established objectives;

Plan, manage and monitor assigned projects while ensuring they meet internal clients’ needs and adhere to established standards, schedules and budgets while respecting the internal protocols of call for tenders, acquisitions and followed of documentation;

Plan and coordinate the project team’s work;

Oversee work carried out by team members;

Establish action plans and timetables, and organize logistics with internal and external resources;

Manage the performance of suppliers involved in the project;

Seek out and propose new techniques, materials or methods that may optimize projects’ results or solve problems;

Coordinate communications with project stakeholders and be aware of their progress.
You possess the following professional and technical skills:-
Diploma in project management or equivalent experience;

Six to eight years’ experience in a similar position;

Experience in project management;

In-depth knowledge of technical aspects;

Good knowledge of Microsoft applications in the Windows environment, including MS Project;

Knowledge of AutoCAD, an asset;

Excellent decision-making skills;

Excellent organizational skills, sense of initiative and self-reliance;

Good Knowledge of Audio/Visual (sound, lighting, projection, led screen)

Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written;

Availability and authorized to travel abroad;

Must have a valid driver’s license, and access to a vehicle.
