RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service
- Greet all customers with a warm demeanor
- Have excellent verbal communication that allows you to encourage unscripted and organic conversation with our customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and positively engage with customers to discover their needs, delivering a winning solution
Merchandising
- Ensure the store is kept tidy and maintained for customers
- Secure merchandise to prevent theft and mishandling of product
- Perform audits of merchandise to assist with inventory control
General
- Present to the public with a clean appearance
- Accurately process various forms of payment for goods and services
- Comply with all store policies and procedures
- Be consistent in scheduling and available for required shifts
- Follow loss prevention protocols, maintaining security of cash and merchandise
- Have the ability to work at ANY of our 3 locations
EXPERIENCE
- Commitment to providing customer service
- Previous cash register and balancing skills
- Ability to provide a proactive approach in problem-solving
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to function as part of the team in a fast paced environment
