Farm Hands Wanted
Part-time
Red Lion Organic Farms is looking to fill 2-3 part-time farm hand positions for the 2026 season EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY with bouts of intensive full-time weeks. Work Schedule as follows:
Summer garlic harvest: mid-July to mid-August
Processing: 2 weeks after harvest (10-14 days)
Planting: late September to mid-October (10-14 days)
There will be other smaller jobs around the farm such as helping with packing sales, tidying around, ground maintenance, mowing, etc. There will be some early morning starts as per warmer weather.
Applicants must be ready to work in all-weather conditions, hear, rain, and everything in between; must be appropriately dressed for the work conditions (closed toe shoes, hat, long sleeve shirt available to wear, rain gear), and be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Tractor and farm mechanics knowledge are an asset. Bring a good lunch, water, and snacks!
Pay: $18.25-$23.00 per hour
