Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Crew Member to join our team. This role involves picking and processing orders, loading and unloading shipments, and operating forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, physically fit, and experienced with warehouse operations, including forklift use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use a dolly and movable stairs to pick and assemble orders based on work orders
- Operate Counterbalance and/or Raymond Reach forklifts to pick and process shipments
- Accurately label and properly store all received materials.
- Conduct spot checks on materials as required to verify quantity and quality.
- Perform regular material inventory counts and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all warehouse materials to ensure inventory integrity.
- Load and offload delivery trucks efficiently and safely
- Verify order accuracy before shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Experience operating a forklift and Raymond Reach equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Strong multitasking abilities and able to work with minimal supervision
- Energetic, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Bilingual in Chinese and English is a significant asset
