Greenhosue in Delta is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. you will be responsible for various duties including order picking, heavy lifting. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes which would include packing wholesale orders and preparing for shipment, receiving incoming goods/supplies and maintaining an organized warehouse
- Loading/unloading, ensure proper palletizing and stretch wrapping for products shipping
- Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units
- Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory system to organize the packaging area with product with the oldest date code
- Compile worksheets and specifications of orders
- Creates labels for outgoing shipments
- To perform other duties and tasks assigned.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Skills and qualifications:
Completion of high school
- Trained or certified forklift/pallet jack license
- Previous shipping and receiving skills is an asset but not required
- Must be able to continuously lift heavy items
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Work effectively as a team player
- Ability to work independently and to be self-motivated
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours which include weekends and stat holidays

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
