The Prince Albert Skating Club (PASC) is a growing skating club located in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan — the “Gateway to the North.” Our club offers a wide variety of programming including:
- PreCanSkate
- CanSkate
- Advanced CanSkate
- PrePower
- PowerSkate
- STAR 1–Gold STARSkate
- Adult skating programs for all levels
PASC has a strong history of developing skaters within a positive and team-oriented environment. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and team-oriented coach to join our professional coaching team.

Requirements to Apply
Applicants must:
- Be registered with Skate Canada
- Be in good standing, including:
- Updated First Aid
- BackCheck
- Code of Ethics
- Respect in Sport
NCCP Certification Requirements
- CanSkate Coach Certified
- Regional Coach (In Training / Trained / Certified)
- Provincial Coach (an asset)
- National Coach (an asset)
- CanPowerSkate Certified (an asset)(an asset)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Administrator/Coordinator of our PreCanSkate and CanSkate programming (on ice 3 days/week)
- Assisting with our Advanced CanSkate program (our feeder program between CanSkate and STARSkate)
- Organizing sessions, groups, Program Assistants, and skater progress tracking
- Assisting with team coaching of STAR 1–5 skaters (approximately 2–3 days/week)
- Potentially covering additional sessions for other team coaches as needed
- CanPowerSkate certification is considered an asset, but is not required.

- STAR 1–5 Coaching (Asset)
- STAR 6–Gold STARSkate (Asset)
Pay: $22.00-$50.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 10.0 per week
Work Location: In person
