We are looking for a full time receptionist who is energetic/friendly, loves working with both pets and people, independent, efficient, and compassionate.
The ideal candidate for this position will:
- Be dedicated and passionate about providing a fantastic client/patient experience
- Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Possess strong communication skills
- Stay organized and prioritize tasks appropriately
- Be comfortable with basic computer operations
Assets:
- Experience working in a veterinary clinic
- Fluent in Mandarin (Cantonese would be a bonus)
- Experience with Ezyvet software
- Experience with safe animal handling (dogs and cats)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Checking clients in/out for appointments and surgeries/procedures
- Email and phone correspondences with clients (e.g. scheduling appointments, refilling medication etc.)
- Administrative duties such as data entry and accepting deliveries
- Accessing electronic medical records and schedules
- Maintaining a clean and organized environment
- Assisting veterinarians/veterinary technicians during examinations, treatments, and surgeries as needed
Our clinic hours are:
- Monday - Friday: 9am to 7pm
- Saturday: 9am to 4 pm
- We typically schedule a 4-5 day work week
Training will be provided. Remuneration as per experience.
