Thompson Construction Group has openings for Water & Sewer Top Men in our Edmonton area of operations.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the elevation and grade of all pipe being installed with either batter boards or builders level
- Cutting and beveling pipe
- Rigging of all materials to be lowered into ditch
- Setting up track line
- Lining up service connection locations, CB’s, MH’s, etc.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a top man in underground utilities
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
