Position: Instructor Therapist (ABA) - Part-time - In Centre
Location: In-person – Cambridge, ON (N1R 0E3)
Pay: $24 to $27 per hour
Job Type: Part-time (day, evenings, weekends)
About Us
EverKind Child Development and Treatment Centre is a family-run organization in Ontario specializing in play-based, individualized ABA therapy for children and youth with Autism. Our team of BCBAs, Early Childhood Educators, and parents is dedicated to evidence-based, compassionate care that celebrates every child’s unique potential.
What You'll Do
- Deliver 1:1 therapy aligned with individualized ABA programs in-centre
- Use tools like ABLLS, VB-MAPP, and ESDM to support progress
- Collect and analyze data, maintain documentation, and communicate with families
- Prepare session materials and support parent coaching
- Collaborate with the team and attend case conferences
- Uphold professional and ethical standards of care
Qualifications
- Diploma/degree in Behavioral Psychology, Autism & Behavioral Science, or related field
- Experience supporting children and youth with Autism or developmental needs (an asset)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR, First Aid & CPI training
- Vulnerable Sector Screening
- Tech-savviness with Microsoft Office
- Be eligible to work in Canada
