Rovalution is a Land Rover specialist workshop in North Vancouver. We handle service, repairs, restorations, and custom builds for owners who want the work done right. Our team of 12 is small, experienced, and takes the quality of the work seriously.
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join us as our long-time controller transitions toward retirement. This is a solid opportunity for someone who wants real responsibility in a hands-on environment — whether you’re a recent graduate building experience or returning to the workforce with flexible daytime hours.
You’ll work closely with our outgoing bookkeeper during the transition, learning our systems while helping keep the books accurate and up to date.
What You’ll Do
- Process daily financial transactions, including purchase orders and expenditures
- Prepare and file PST and GST returns
- Complete daily and monthly journal entries
- Handle bi-monthly payroll
- Perform monthly account reconciliations, vendor payments, and customer receivable statements/collections
- Monitor cash flow and help strengthen internal controls around revenue, cash handling, and expenses
- Collaborate with the team to refine bookkeeping processes and improve efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable with technology and willing to learn our inventory and accounting systems
- Ideally a Business Administration Diploma, Bookkeeping Certificate, or equivalent, plus relevant hands-on experience (we’re also open to motivated candidates with a solid foundation who are ready to learn)
- Available for on-site work in North Vancouver during business hours
