The Opportunity
We’re looking for hands-on, reliable Carpenters to join our production team in Sussex, NB. If you’re someone who enjoys variety in your workday, takes pride in doing a job well, and likes being part of a supportive team, this could be the role for you.
What You’ll Do
As a Carpenter at Alantra, you’ll play a key role in building and customizing modular office trailers, panel systems, and modular buildings. Your day-to-day tasks will vary, giving you the chance to work on different stages of the construction process, including:
- Framing, insulating, and sheathing modular structures
- Installing doors, windows, walls, flooring, and ceilings
- Reading and interpreting blueprints or technical drawings
- Working with power tools, hand tools, and other equipment in a safe, efficient manner
- Collaborating with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and up to quality standards

- Carpentry experience
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- A self-starting attitude and solid work ethic
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to juggle tasks and manage time effectively
