We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team specializing in commercial repairs. throughout the Maritimes. Our head office is located in Moncton, NB. The successful candidate must be willing to travel and work away from home as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to assigned schedules and timelines
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve maintenance and construction-related issues efficiently
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of maintenance activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in general maintenance or a related field
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Canadian citizen
- Willingness to travel for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy materials
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification considered an asset)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant trade certification
- Experience in commercial and/or residential construction
