Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Carpenter Helper to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will assist skilled carpenters in various tasks, contributing to the successful completion of projects. This role is perfect for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while developing their skills in carpentry and related trades.
Duties
- Support skilled carpenters in constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.
- Help with Framing and Forming, including measuring, cutting, and fitting materials as needed.
- Participate in construction painting tasks to ensure a finished appearance for projects.
- Engage in caulking activities to seal joints and seams for weatherproofing.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various carpentry tasks, ensuring safety protocols are followed.

- Experience
- Previous experience or training in carpentry or construction is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome those eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of construction painting techniques is beneficial.
- Ability to work well within a team environment while following instructions from skilled carpenters.
- A strong willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to carpentry and construction.

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
